Throughout his career Todd has held senior leadership roles across regulated financial advice businesses building deep expertise in strategy governance, adviser distribution, and operational oversight. He has a proven track record of leading businesses through growth and change, while ensuring clients remain at the heart of every decision.
Todd believes that long term success in financial services is built on trust clarity and genuinely understanding what matters most to clients, his leadership approach reflects this belief focusing on sustainable outcomes for both clients.
Outside of work Todd is a former martial arts enthusiast who now enjoys armchair UFC watching and spending his time on the sidelines supporting his young lad at rugby matches.
