Shona Campbell

Shona is a professional rugby player currently competing with Sale Sharks Women in the Premiership Women’s Rugby League (PWR). A seasoned international athlete, she has represented Great Britain Rugby 7s over 80 times on the HSBC SVNS World Series and played a pivotal role in securing Team GBs Olympic qualification by winning gold at the European Games. She has also represented Scotland in both the 15s and 7s formats, including appearances at the 2022 Rugby World Cup and the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Off the pitch, Shona holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Performance Psychology. Her academic work includes published research exploring the impact of athlete dehumanisation on mental health and wellbeing.

Shona has recently joined the Titan P&I Sports Academy Pathway which will give her the opportunity to pursue a career in finance.
